What are the delivery times?Orders placed before 5:00 PM Monday through Friday will be delivered the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Can the product be paired with multiple phones at the same time?Our products can be paired with up to six phones, but only one phone can be connected at a time. If you want to pair it with a new phone, you must first delete the current connection. Please note that the system settings of the product by default only automatically connect to the last used phone.

Does the product drain the battery?No, our products come with the correct wiring so that it does not drain the battery. For some products (such as the car screens) the small red plug must be disconnected as indicated.
